Phonics Workshop led by Mrs Matthews for our Reception parents.
Miss Cox and Mrs Matthews presented a phonics and reading workshop to parents/guardians of our Reception children. The workshop covered details on how the children are taught phonics in school, what level of progress is expected by the time they enter Year 1 and how parents/guardians can practice phonics and reading with their children at home. Please note that you may find the audio is louder and clearer if you listen with headphones/earphones.

Hawk class presented an assembly to the whole school and parents on their current history topic, World War II on 19th November 2019.
School assembly on Wednesday 7th October 2019 to celebrate Harvest Festival. The children learnt about how far the food we buy has traveled across the country and the world before it gets to us. The assembly started with a song to remind us to always be thankful for what we are fortunate to have.
